Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Seoul Western District Court on May 17, 2012, and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on May 25, 2012, and is currently under probation.

1. The Defendant, on June 2012, 201, got D through C, a party who seeks to provide money due to economic difficulties.

D) The Defendant offered that “a credit card is different if any... the credit card is purchased and sold, and then the credit card price shall be repaid later, and the credit card price shall not be repaid later.” The Defendant also consented to this, and the lot card was given to D.

Around June 5, 2012, D forged a withholding receipt for wage and salary income in the name of E as if the defendant worked for the company E and received 66,00,000 won as annual salary, and D made a false statement as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay the amount of using the forged wage and salary income withholding receipt by sending it to the Dispute Resolution Card Co., Ltd., and if the credit card limit is increased, D would have an intention or ability to pay the amount of using it.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not work in E, purchased a vehicle with the credit card limit increase with D, and reported the bankruptcy in order to pay the credit card price after selling it in cash, and thus, there was no intention or ability to pay the credit card even if using the credit card by increasing the credit card limit.

As such, the Defendant, in collusion with D, deceiving the victim, and caused the victim to do so, to increase the limit of use of the bar card in the name of the Defendant at the seat, and purchased the Addi-car in the Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul F at around 14:00 on June 7, 2012, with the purchase of the Addi-car in KRW 68,880,000,000.
