1. Basic facts
A. E completed the registration of ownership transfer of part of June 3, 1995 (496/1197) ownership transfer on the part of June 3, 1995 (7) and the remainder (701/1197) on January 13, 2003 (701/197) on the ground of sale with respect to the area of 874 square meters, which was owned by F.
