1. Basic facts

A. On November 15, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of D was completed on the grounds of sale and purchase on November 15, 1971 with respect to the 2281m2 in Seopopoposi C orchard, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant was completed on March 8, 2013.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant land”). B.

On November 24, 1980, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the E-U. 3607 square meters adjacent to the Defendant’s land, and each registration of ownership transfer with respect to the FU 1230 square meters adjacent to the Defendant’s land and G orchard 2492 square meters adjacent to the Defendant’s land on April 8, 1981.

(hereinafter the above three parcels are collectively referred to as “the Plaintiff’s land”).

2. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is deemed to have occupied the plaintiff in a peaceful performance with I's intent from November 24, 1980 to November 23, 2000.
