(a) Annex 1, 2.2, among the area of 3,702 square meters in Seopo-si prior to C, Seopo-si.

1. Basic facts

A. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in F’s name on March 8, 1969. On May 2, 1991, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of G on May 9, 1998. On May 11, 2006, H’s ownership transfer registration was completed on June 3, 201, the ownership transfer registration was completed in order with the Plaintiff’s name on December 7, 201, and the Plaintiff’s ownership transfer registration was completed on December 7, 2010.

B. The Plaintiff’s land adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land was owned by E. The Defendant’s father, K, the father of the Defendant, purchased the Defendant’s land from E on March 5, 1968, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 10, 1980. The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the Defendant’s land on July 10, 2003, based on the agreement on the division of inherited property.
