1. The defendant is the plaintiff A Incorporated Corporation.

A. Attached 2 drawings shall be indicated on D Forest land 29802 square meters in Seopopopo-si.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 13, 2014, Plaintiff A Agriculture completed the registration of the transfer of ownership of 29802 square meters of D forest land (hereinafter “D land”). Plaintiff B farming completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on the E warehouse site on January 30, 2015 (hereinafter “E land”); and Plaintiff B completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on the said land.

B. The Defendant completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on February 13, 1988 with respect to F orchard 20651 square meters (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) in Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si adjacent to D land and E land.

There is a stone fence between the plaintiffs' land and the defendant's land, and the location of the stone fence (hereinafter "the stone fence of this case") is as at the time when the plaintiffs and the defendant purchase their own land.

Some of the instant stone fences (hereinafter referred to as “D land intrusion”) and the part of “B” as indicated in paragraph (1)(a)(2) of this Article (hereinafter referred to as “E land intrusion”) are invaded upon the Plaintiffs’ land, and the part as indicated in paragraph (1)(a) and (1) of this Article (hereinafter referred to as “the part as “E land intrusion”) are installed in each intrusion part of the instant stone fence, which are written in paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) of this Article (hereinafter referred to as “the instant vinyl greenhouse”).
