A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant offered game water to customers who did not receive a grade together with B, C, D, E, F, G, and H, and conspired to operate an illegal game forum where money was exchanged in cash after deducting a certain fee from the coophone acquired through the use of game water.

B Accordingly, from June 15, 2015 to June 27, 2015, the building I located in Busan metropolitan area was known to the general public.

D and F, free of charge, open a game room with "KPC" and take overall charge of the operation of the game room and divide the remainder of profits after deducting employee's daily allowances into H. H. The H establishes 40 game instruments in the name of "mon posters" and "Haul", which are not rated in the game room and provides 100,000 won per day from B and brings half of the remainder of profits after deducting employee's daily allowances. C provides the name of the operator of the game room in return for 100,000 won per day from B, D and F, upon instructions from B, manage coophones to provide money to exchange customers within the game room, while the Defendant moves the game room into the point of money received from customers to exchange 20,000 won per 20,000 won per day after deducting employee's daily allowances, and provided 10,000 won per 20,000 won per share from the game room.

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, E, F, G, and H, provided customers with ungraded game products and exchanged the scores obtained through the use of game products into money.
