Punishment of the crime

K invests in the cost of electrical construction, etc. by leasing the above place, and E provides 50 games for Abuban 2 games. The Defendant, while managing the overall business of the game site, instructed H to exchange with the game site, and H operated a business by exchanging coophones issued by the game site customers according to the points at the front door of the game site or the toilet.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, K, and H, carried out money exchange business as a result of acquiring game products through the use of game products.

3. The Defendant of M Gameland recruited, from September 30, 2013 to January 22, 2014, in operating “M Gameland” on the 1st floor of Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, to exchange game results.

E purchases and provides 50 games for Araban 2 game machine, and N plays the president of the term "N" lending the name of permission for the game room.
