Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2013, at around 02:40, the Defendant driven BM3 car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.113% from the road in front of the area exhibition center in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong to the same Sungnam-dong from the road in front of the area exhibition center in the same Sungnam-dong to the inside and coffee road in the same Gu.
