On September 5, 2013, at around 0:10, the Defendant driven a BM3 car at a distance of approximately 500 meters up to the front day of the Rig, in front of the influoral convenience store located in the Gandong-gu, Gyeongdong-gu, Gyeongdong-gu, Gyeongdong-do, with a alcohol level of 0.162% of blood alcohol level.
