On October 31, 2013, around 23:15, the Defendant driven a Category B Maz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.132% from a section of approximately 1 km of alcohol alcohol content to the 6th road of the Sinsan-dong, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si, Busan-si.
