On February 12, 2019, around 03:20 on February 12, 2019, the Defendant driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.1% from the side road of the offset zone in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the front road of the same Gu B apartment C.
