A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

1. The Defendant is a person who is in a de facto marital relationship with the mother of a victim C (a person who is under a de facto marital relationship with the mother of a victim, the mother of the victim, and the person living together with the victim.

A. On February 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around February 2018, at the room of the victim in the building D and B 105 residence in the Sinju-si, B, and 105 residence, the Defendant: (a) had been able to commit an indecent act against the locked victim; (b) had the victim’s chest by walking the thro and pane with the victim’s finger; (c) continued to have the victim’s panty and panty; and (d) had his fingerd with his hand.

As a result, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s potential state of resistance.

B. On February 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at the end of February 2018, at the victim’s room located within the residence indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) around the end of February 2018, in order to commit an indecent act against the victim, and walking with the victim’s T and broding with his hand, talking with the victim’s chest, continuously leaving the victim’s panty and panty, talking with the victim’s panty, leading the victim’s panty, leading the victim’s panty to a close degree.

As a result, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s potential state of resistance.

On March 16, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on March 16, 2018, at around 01:58, at the room of the victim within the residence indicated in the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant was able to commit an indecent act against the locked victim, and the Defendant was able to walk with the victim and boomed with the victim’s chest with his hand, and continued to set the victim’s fry and panty and panty with his hand.

As a result, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the victim’s potential state of resistance.

The Defendant committed the crime on April 6, 2018, at around 01:37, Apr. 6, 2018, in the room of the victim within the residence indicated in the above paragraph (a).
