A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 4397] On August 2015, the Defendant sold heavy straws at the Internet site following (www.daum.ne) C'C'.

A false statement was made to the effect that “The victim who reported and contacted it would deposit KRW 80,000 to the victim D, and send a middle and high-speed sign.”

However, the fact was that the defendant did not have a heavy straw, and there was no intention or ability to sell it to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 80,000 from the injured party for the same day on September 10, 2015, such as receiving KRW 80,000 from the company bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant for the same day, and received KRW 580,000 in total from the victims in the same way as the list of crimes 1 in attached Form 1.

[2015 Highest 4482] On October 8, 2014, the Defendant, at a place where the border area is unknown, posted a notice to sell Ecoos wheelchairss by accessing the Internet’s website “F” car page, and the victim G reported this writing to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant sent money to the victim G by informing the victim G of the account number, and sent coo-wheel chairs on the front side.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim G, he/she did not have the ability or intent to send coo-wheel chairs to the victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim G, received KRW 150,00 from the victim G to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant.

[2016 Highest 538] The Defendant worked for the victim I’s work at H around April 23, 2015 in the “J” of the Government of the Republic of Korea as an employee, and the victim I lent 16 million won to the victim I for the funds to purchase the vehicle. The Defendant borrowed 16 million won with the funds to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle in the white city with the payment of 12 million won as the remainder of the purchase price in the domestic market. The Defendant paid 12 million won as the remainder of the payment in the domestic market.
