1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is the representative director of D (ju) for the purpose of manufacturing business, etc. in the Vietnam-si. Thus, E, using the test report in the name of the President of the Korea Institute of Engineering and Technology, which was already issued by the said G office around October 12, 2012 and was kept in a computer, on May 8, 2012, by means of the test report in the name of the President of the Korea Institute of Engineering and Technology, “the 25th day of September 2012,” “the 2012 from September 25 to September 28, 2012,” “the 2012 from September 28, 2012,” and “the 201st day of September 29 to September 28, 2012,” and “the 201st day of May 8, 2012,” written as above, “the 205th day of September 25, 2012,” and “the 201st day of February 29, 2012,” written as above.
