When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate intentionally or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 21:00 on November 21, 2018, the Defendant intentionally made it difficult to identify a registration license plate by leaving D Poter trucks and leaving part of the number plate as a paper in order to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping on the back side of “C” located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City.
