A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate intentionally or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 17:53 on November 1, 2019, the Defendant intentionally left the front number plate of the D car in order to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping, and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate.
