Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate of an automobile nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 19:07 on May 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:07, Docheon-ro, Guro-gu, Seoul, and 477 Guro Digital Group area 1, in order to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping in front of the exit exit, and (b) made it difficult to identify a registration license plate by leaving the number plate in white paper.
