Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 07:20 on November 27, 2018, the Defendant made it difficult to identify a registration number plate in a way of adding the back side of the CM5 car owned by the Defendant to a white paper in order to avoid the parking and stopping control camera on the front side of the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul.
