1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of 10,00,000 won.

The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant.

1. From March 20, 2009 to March 16, 2011, Defendant A served as a public official of Grade VII in charge of street maintenance, such as construction management and removal of illegal street points, and Defendant A was dismissed from office as a public official of Grade VII on March 6, 2015.

On May 27, 2009, Defendant A was in charge of the preparation of false official documents related to special services, the display of false official documents, and the fraudulent work of maintaining street from the Construction and Management Department of the Ngu Office on May 27, 2009, and entered into a negotiated contract related to special removal services ("P service contract") with the Ngu branch of the O organization for the purpose of entering into a negotiated contract with the Ngu branch of the Ngu Office on the following day, upon request from the Ngu Office of Finance (the head of the contract team, S, and the head of the finance division), but the special service contract was entered into with the Ngu Office of Finance (the head of the contract team, the head of the contract division, and the head of the finance division) on the same day.
