A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 27, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime, from around 21:27, 2019 to around 22:59, up to the period from around December 27, 2019, in D 21:2:59, the Defendant infringed on the said lecture room through a rupture, which was opened for the purpose of theft of property, for the purpose of theft of property in the D 2-story lecture room operated by the Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and put it into a single-type computer (a fluorc), the market price of which is equivalent to 3.4 million won of the victim-owned.

2. From around 18:54 on December 28, 2019 to around 19:29, the Defendant intruded into the said lecture room through a rupture door, which was opened for the purpose of theft of property during the said lecture room from around 18:54 to around 19:29, the Defendant used the rupture, which was prepared in advance, to put the victim’s possession on the rupture, into one set or set of one of the fixed or set of 3.4 million won of the market price of the victim’s possession, which is fixed on the rupture, and put the victim into a bank.

3. On December 29, 2019, the Defendant, from around 22:51 to 23:24 on December 29, 2019, went into the said lecture room through a heater door for the purpose of theft of property, and went into the said lecture room, and put one unit of a single-type computer with a market value equivalent to 3.4 million won, which is a victim’s possession on the wall, into the said room, and stolen the said room.

4. On January 15, 2020, the Defendant, from around 18:18 to 21:53 on January 15, 2020, intruded into the said lecture room through a open door for the purpose of theft of property from time to time in the lecture room as described in paragraph (2), and putting one unit of a total-type computer with a market price equivalent to 3.4 million won, which is one of the victim’s possession on the face of the said room, into a temporary room, and stolen it.
