A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Nos. 1 through 9, 16, 22, 29 and 30 through 34 of seized evidence.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2006, the Defendant sentenced three years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court, and two years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the same court on April 8, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 6, 2012.

Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) (thief) was prepared in advance for mountain blades (33 cm in total length, 20 cm in length), which are lethal weapons, and drones (20 cm in length), which are dangerous objects, and committed theft of property habitually as follows.

On September 24, 2013, at around 18:30, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a small amount of 18km window from the victim E and 6th floor E, Daegu-gu, and 2nd floor; and (b) subsequently, the victim’s 18k gold booms, which were in the U.S., was located in the U.S., with the market price of KRW 80,000,000 in cash and KRW 1.2 million.

나. 피고인은 2013. 9. 26. 13:00경부터 같은 달 29. 20:00경 사이에 대구 남구 F, 2층 피해자 G의 주거의 열려 있는 베란다 창문을 열고 안으로 침입한 후, 그곳 큰방 화장대 서랍과 보석함에 들어 있던 피해자 소유의 14k 목걸이 1점 시가 15만 원 상당, 체인형 14k 목걸이 1점 시가 13만 원 상당, 14k 곰돌이 귀걸이 1쌍 시가 8만 원 상당, 14k 똑딱이 귀걸이 1쌍 시가 8만 원 상당, 14k 링 귀걸이 1쌍 시가 8만 원 상당, 14k 구슬 모양 침 귀걸이 1점 시가 5만 원 상당, 14k 나비 메달 1점 시가 7만 원 상당, 14k 고양이침 귀걸이 1점 시가 4만 원 상당, 돌 반지 1돈 1점 시가 20만 원 상당 합계 88만 원 상당의 재물을 가지고 나와 이를 절취하였다.

C. On September 28, 2013, at around 18:15, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a flapted window of the victim J on the second floor in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) had a large amount of flapted cremation.
