A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court on November 20, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence on November 20, 2016.

1. On January 21, 2018, around 08:30 on January 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the 2nd floor door, which was opened for the purpose of theft of property, into the 2nd floor; and (b) discovered cash 290,000 won and a bank with the key of the vehicle, which was located on the part of the victim D; and (c) stolen it.

2. At around 19:40 on February 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudes into the entrance door of the first floor, which was opened for the purpose of theft of property from the victim G in Goyang-dong, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si; (b) discovered two Hunbs in front of the second floor distribution; (c) laid in front of the second floor, discovered two Hunbs in front of the distribution; and (d) Hunbs in front of the upper part of the Hunbs of the correction device; and (d) laid down the crebs into the upper part of the Hunbs of the correction device; and (b) cut down the Hunbs by taking out the Hunbs in that part.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on a structure at night, stolen property, and damaged two Hun-Babs and damaged their utility.

3. On February 25, 2018, around 14:49, the Defendant: (a) went into the H principal room opened for the purpose of theft of property at the H principal room managed by the Victim J, which was located in Mayang-gu, Mayang-gu; and (b) the Defendant: (c) went into the H principal room of the first floor, which was opened for the purpose of theft of property; (d) the victim committed theft with a single unit of 5 pro rata film S in the market value of KRW 600,000,000, posted on the computer page of the 1st floor office.
