The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three months and by imprisonment for seven months for each of the crimes of Articles 2 through 8 of the decision.

Punishment of the crime

1. 6. On February 21, 2015, the Defendant, along with H, administered phiphones, on February 21, 2015, using a single-use injection device with H in the telephone room located in Gunsan-siK around 18:00 on February 21, 2015.
