Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is operating a 'A International Marriage Counseling Center' in Jeju City, received a total of KRW 13 million from domestic users D (ma, 27 years of age) as a brokerage fee, and arranged international marriage with Vietnam women around March 6, 2014.

1. No international marriage broker who has introduced two or more other parties to a user at the same time shall introduce two or more other parties to a user at the same time in arranging marriages;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, (i) around 10:00 on March 6, 2014, arranged the two-way line with the four female women of Vietnam in the order of order from the hotel accommodation where it is impossible to identify the trade name in Vietnam, and (ii) when the Vietnam women selected in the above process refuse to marry, the Defendant again arranged D with the three-way female women of Vietnam in the order of order at the restaurant where it is impossible to identify the trade name in the same city at around 14:00 on March 7, 2014.

2. An international marriage broker who fails to provide the other party's personal information shall translate the other party's personal information into a language understandable respectively by the user and the other party, and shall arrange for the opposite party only if both the user and the other party written consent to the meeting, but the defendant did not provide the other party's personal information verbally and explain the other party's personal information, including E selected as his/her spouse at each date and place specified in paragraph 1, and did not provide the other party's personal information translated into Korean.
