The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the business owner of “F” in the international marriage broker.

1. An international marriage broker shall obtain personal information from a user and the other party to marriage brokerage and obtain certification from the relevant country respectively, and provide the other party and the user with the personal information including evidential documents in writing;

However, the Defendant drafted, on October 18, 2012, the “F office,” “F office, Vietnam women, and H(79-born male) who wishing to be international marriage,” and the Defendant did not provide the other party with personal information in writing until November 19, 2012, when he left Vietnam for viewing H-E-E relationship.

2. No international marriage broker shall also introduce two or more other parties to a user at the same time;
