A and C Imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and one year and six months, and each of the defendants D, F, G, H, I, J, and K shall be punished, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On March 26, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act by the Gwangju District Court on March 26, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 8, 2014.

Defendants: (1) Defendants A and B were the heads of the above branch offices; (2) Defendants C were the members of the above branch offices; (4) Defendants C were the heads of the above branch offices; (5) Defendants E, F; (7) Defendants G (8) Defendants I, I and I; 10) Defendants K and Qu (Death on July 11, 2014) were the members of the 10 branch offices; (3) Defendants C were the members of the 10 branch offices; (4) Defendants C were the members of the above branch offices; (5) Defendants E, C; (8) Defendants G (former Branch of the above branch offices); and (11) Defendants K and Qu (Death on March 13, 2014) were the members of the 10 branch offices of the 20th branch offices of the 1st branch offices of the 2nd branch offices of the 3rd branch offices; and (3) Defendants C were the members of the 10th branch offices of the 2nd branch offices of the 2nd branch offices of the 10th branch offices of the public works.
