Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In collecting claims under a loan agreement, the methods of seriously impairing privacy or peace in business shall not be used by means of violence or intimidation or by inducing fear and apprehension of debtors or their related persons.
