A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
The Defendant was a victim B (n, 24 years of age) and a relationship with the victim B.
1. On April 21, 2018, at around 16:30 on April 21, 2018, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as: (a) on the victim’s residence located in Songpa-gu Seoul (Seoul), the Defendant was named as “a player” in front of the victim’s atmosphere; and (b) on the part of the victim, the Defendant was aware of the fact that the Defendant sent and received the message of male and female body pictures and female body pictures and the fact that he did not get female body pictures, etc.; (c) while the victim was in dispute, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by taking one hand by hand due to the defect that the victim intends to go out of the house, and taking the victim’s other hand by the ppuri.
2. The Defendant, for the same reason as the above paragraph (1), was notified of the victim’s objection, and returned the victim’s joint signature card key to the victim’s residence between April 24, 2018 and April 25, 2018, but around April 22:17, 2018, the Defendant intruded the victim’s residence by opening and entering the front door of the victim’s residence from April 24, 2018 to 23:08 on the following day by means of the joint signature of the victim’s residence located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as Songpa-gu) and entering the said door door by other residents.
3. Intimidation: from around 11:40 on July 9, 2018 to 14:35 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) using the Defendant’s mobile phone from around 11:40 to around 14:35 on the distribution road in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, for the victim, “I am wrong,” “I am wrong,” and “I am wrong,” and “I am too happy,” and last, domina, “I am am amba,” and amba, “I amba amba,” and begin in the knish bulletin board “I amba amba,” and “I am amba amba amba son, I am amba amba amba son,” and amba amba son, “I am amb son, I am amb son,”
