Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2013, at around 21:40, the Defendant expressed the victim D (the 69-year-old age), without any justifiable reason, in the restaurant “C” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, that “I wish to see whether I am, Chewing, n am, and n ambly flown,” and the Defendant, by hand, went beyond the restaurant floor by cutting the head knife and kn am.

The Defendant committed assault, such as knifeing the left knife of the victim who continued to drive knife himself.
