Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties by Busan District Court for six months, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on February 13, 2015.

1. On September 26, 2014, from around 18:45 to around 18:55, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) provided the victim’s “D” restaurant operated by the victim C, which is located in Busanjin-gu, Busan; (b) provided the victim with an desire to read “at the victim’s desire to drink” as soon as “at the victim continues to do so”; and (c) provided the victim’s desire to read as “in the light of his or her public nature, during which he or she continues to do so”; and (d) provide customers with multi-faced money to enter the restaurant; and (d) reported that the other customers want to enter the restaurant outside the restaurant, and thereby interfered with the victim’s operation of the restaurant by force.

2. The Defendant insulting the victim C, while viewing other customers at the time, time, and place prescribed in Paragraph (1), insulting the victim C by openly citing the victim C as “hing, chewing, chewing, and walcotos.”

3.
