1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons

1. Details of the decision;

A. The Plaintiff, who served as an associate professor at C University established and operated by the Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “ Intervenor”), was reappointed for the term of appointment from March 1, 2009 to February 28, 2015.

B. The Plaintiff filed an application for deliberation on the reappointment with the president of a school of Nonparty, prior to the expiration of the term of appointment.
