1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

(1) Teachers subject to re-contract shall acquire not less than the minimum score in the research field in attached Table 1 of the detailed enforcement rule (based on the minimum score in the research field).

Article 1 (Enforcement Date) of the Addenda to attached Table 1 (Enforcement Date) shall apply from January 1, 2014, the Enforcement Rule of Article 1 (Enforcement Date) of the Addenda to the attached Table 1, which is less than 100 points and less than 1,300 points and less than 1,300 points and less than 700 points and less than 500 points to the average research field of the evaluation field of teachers' work during the contract period of less than 50 points:

Article 2 (Transitional Measures concerning Recontract) (1) The application of the minimum points in the research field of the evaluation table of re-contract in attached Table 1 shall be applied from March 1, 2015, and the points in the research field acquired before the enforcement of this Regulation shall be included in the minimum points in the research field of re-contract.

(2) The minimum score in the research field based on the remaining period required from January 1, 2014 to the first re-contract shall be applied to the following table, and the subsequent re-contract shall be governed by attached Table 1:

On June 22, 2015, the instant paper, which was submitted by the Plaintiff during the process of reviewing the Plaintiff’s petition for review of reappointment, was approved to be published in this paper by the Eacademic Association, and was actually published in C Research No. 17 subparag. 2. 2) The Plaintiff filed a request for review of an appeal seeking revocation of the decision to refuse reappointment with the Appeal Commission for Teachers. On September 23, 2015, the Appeal Commission for Teachers decided to revoke the decision to refuse reappointment on the ground that the Defendant’s review of reappointment was unfair to exclude the instant thesis from the achievement evaluation.

3. The Daejeon District Court shall make a decision against the teachers' appeals review committee against the defendant.
