The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant is a business operator who provides counseling services to the members of a funeral company, etc. (bereaved family members), such as a charnel house, and receives 40% of the sales price from the funeral facility (the place) at the time of sales in the funeral site as sales fees, to receive 40% of the sales price from the funeral facility at the time of sales in the funeral.

On December 2, 2011, the Defendant: (a) upon receipt of a funeral event by a standing member who entered into an installment contract with C (hereinafter referred to as C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) around the end of the regular period of time; (b) provision of fresh and funeral cars; (c) provision of funeral meals; (d) consultation and guidance on funeral events; (e) confirmation of whether a deceased person’s burial or cremation was performed; (e) reservation of funeral events; (g) consultation and guidance on funeral services for bereaved families without land land; or (g) recommendation of the business owner of funeral facilities (designated for the sale of funeral facilities, such as charnel houses, etc.) and his/her bereaved family members; and (e) provision of funeral supplies such as funeral services; (g) consultation and guidance on funeral services; and (g) consultation about the sale of funeral services, such as funeral services; and (g) consultation about the sale of funeral services to the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu, who is exclusively in charge of the sale of funeral services (hereinafter referred to as “the head of the funeral services”).

“Unlawful solicitation” was made on June 24, 2012, and was introduced to enable the Defendant to exclusively engage in the business of site counseling (sale) to the above bereaved family members of G (members H) who held funeral events in the Jung-gu Incheon Special Metropolitan City EF Hospital funeral ceremony as a site counseling business operator (member H) around June 24, 2012, and to exclusively engage in the business of site counseling (sale in lots) for the above bereaved family members. The land price was determined by the JJ located in the city of Jung-gu, Gwangju, and the same year was removed by the deceased.
