A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

Punishment of the crime

From August 201, the Defendants were the head of the event team who was entrusted with funeral services to the upper members of FF (G) company from around August 201 to vicariously provide funeral services to the upper members of the company.
