Punishment of the crime

[2019 Highest 424] On January 23, 2019, the Defendant discovered a construction tool that was parked in the F apartment G G G-dong parking lot of the victim H on the ground of the F apartment G-dong, G-dong, and then stolen the property owned by the victim by carrying one tool box consisting of 180,000 won of the market price, 200,000 won of the market price, and 200,000,000 won of the market price, and 20,000,000,000 won of the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor for larceny, and again stolen the victim's property during the period of repeated crime.
