A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2015, the Defendant: around 21:00, the Defendant cut off 1:50,000 won from the block adjacent to the crosswalks located adjacent to the Korean National Bank of Korea, the Defendant used one mobile phone-type 7.20,000 won at the victim C’s market price, which is located there, in the vicinity. On November 12, 2015, the Defendant laid down 1:50,000 won in front of the “E”, which is located adjacent to A.I.D., around 12:00, around 1:50,000, the Defendant parked 1:50,000 won in front of the victim’s parking lot at the 3:00,000,000 won in front of the market price (the Defendant, on March 20, 2015, was parked at the victim’s 3:50,000 square meters in front of the market price.

On December 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) loaded a Poter vehicle with the victim L, resulting in a theft of KRW 400,000,000 from the beginning; (b) on December 13, 2015, the Defendant: (c) cut off the Npoter more parked on the road in front of the Southern-gu M, Southern-gu, Nam-gu; and (d) cut off the tools equivalent to KRW 200,000,000,000, in total, including one flick, the market price of the victim’sO stored in the said loading, and one flick, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,00,000,000.

6. On December 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a tool installed at the victim R’s S Truck loading onto the north-gu P, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) laid down a tool at the victim’s ownership, which is the victim’s ownership; and (c) laid down a tool worth KRW 1,410,000 at the market price of 1,410,000, which is the victim’s market price. Accordingly, the Defendant was the total market price owned by the victims.
