A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the team leader of the ground design team of E Co., Ltd., a civil engineering design company, and the victim F (V, 27 years old) is the team leader of the above team.

1. On July 10, 2014, from around 00:00 to around 01:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by: (a) the Defendant’s G driving that was parked in the vicinity of the Seoyangdong Seoyangdong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, with the intent of committing an indecent act against the victim who was parked on the top of the steering distance of the vehicle; (b) the victim’s arms, side glass, and bucks by hand.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the protection and supervision of the defendant due to the business relationship.

2. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the Defendant’s driver G in the vicinity of H in Seoul on July 1, 2014; (b) committed an indecent act against the Defendant’s victim who was seated at the top of the vehicle; and (c) was able to look at the Defendant’s “Trut or one another.

The victim's chest was boomed by inserting the victim's fingers into the victim's slabs.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the protection and supervision of the defendant due to the business relationship.

3. On July 17, 2014, at the vicinity of the victim's house located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim who was operating the said G by driving the vehicle on behalf of the Defendant; and (b) caused the victim's chest by inserting his hand into the victim's hub.

As a result, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under the protection and supervision of the defendant due to the business relationship.
