Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2013, around 09:30 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at one end of the victim’s husband D; (b) opened a door on the part of the previous victim’s husband D; and (c) infringed on the victim’s residence, considering that the victim’s husband D was her husband D; (d) however, the victim did not talk that he would have to do so; and (d) opened a door that was not corrected against the victim’s will; (d) opened a door that was not corrected against the victim’s will; and (e) opened a door to the front door; and (e) invaded the victim’s residence.
