Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment on June 9, 2017 with labor on the part of the Suwon Friwon for interference with business, etc. on the part of the Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 27, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. Obstruction of business;

A. From around 19:50 on July 12, 2018 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s operation of the kindergarten by force, such as: (a) in the “G kindergarten,” operated by the victim F in Suwon-si E, Suwon-si; (b) smoking tobacco; (c) opening the entrance labels in several instances; and (d) opening the entrance doors in hand; and (e) H, the president of the said kindergarten, who is the head of the said kindergarten, took a large amount of sound and bath, and talking with the said kindergarten teacher I, etc., who prepared classes, opened the door without opening the door; and (c) obstructed the victim’s operation of the kindergarten by force, such as preventing the said teacher from having access to the kindergarten.

B. On July 23, 2018, from around 20:30 to 21:00 of the same day, the Defendant demanded the victim K on the first floor of the JJ building in Suwon-si, Suwon-si to allow the victim to conduct a test of eyesight under the influence of alcohol, and the Defendant again demanded the victim to undergo a test of eyesight under the influence of alcohol.
