Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a corridor door that has not been corrected against the victim’s will to interview E, the husband of the victim; (b) opened the entrance door on the second floor; (c) opened the entrance door on the first floor and opened the entrance door on the corridor inside the corridor; and (d) infringed the victim’s residence in order to confirm who is the victim.
