Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment by the Seoul Central District Court due to intrusion on a structure at night, larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on October 4, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. From January 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on January 18, 2018, in front of the “D” operation of the victim C with the second floor located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (b) opened and intruded the second floor windows beyond the wall; and (c) cut off with one head of Tong 2 and one (d) connected with the E bank account (F and G) in the name of the victim on the page used by the victim.

2. Fraudulent, fabrication of private documents, or uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. From January 18, 2018 to 09:16 to January 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 09:12 to around 09:16, the Defendant: (b) made a written request for a deposit from the 09:12 to the 09:16th day of Jan. 18, 2018 to the 09:18 branch office located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations of the Defendant; (c) made an official’s signature at the bottom of the deposit page, stating “F”, “G”, “C”, “C”, “C” and “C”, the Defendant made a false statement of the name and seal impression of the bank in the name of the victim’s deposit column and made a false statement of the name and seal transfer to the 2nd day of the deposit account column, and made a false statement of the Defendant’s deposit transfer to the 2nd day of the deposit column “G,” with the name and seal transfer column 3.
