Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of the FF corporation located in Heak-gu Seoul Metropolitan City E, and the defendant B is the chief of the general affairs of the said corporation.

1. On July 2014, Defendant A received a report from the above company on the receipt of a contact from Defendant B, the former representative director of the said company, to the effect that the term of the savings insurance that he/she subscribed to the LIG non-life insurance, and thus, he/she should be refunded, and he/she received the insurance money, and instructed Defendant B to open a bank account in the name of G so that he/she can receive the insurance money at his/her discretion, and to deposit it into his/her own account after receiving the insurance money, and Defendant B received it.

A. In collusion with the Defendants, at around 11:00 on July 11, 2014, Defendant B entered “G” and “H” into a bank transaction application in the Chang Finance Center located in the Chang Finance Center located in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Cheongju-si, and manufactured and possessed “G” and “H” at his own discretion with a fluorial pen.

After affixing G’s seal, I, a bank employee who is aware of the forgery, issued a forged bank transaction application as if it were a document that was duly formed.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit an act of forging and exercising one copy of a bank transaction application in the name of G, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

B. On July 16, 2014, at around 15:30, Defendant B conspired with the Defendants, stating “G” and “G” in the account number column of the request for deposits kept at the Chang Finance Center at the Chang Finance Center at the above new bank, using a sclish pen, as follows: (a) “G” and “G” in the sexual name column; (b) 258,293,523” and “J” and “G” in the account number column in Chapter 1 of the other request for deposits; and (c) arbitrarily make it in advance after entering “J,023,200” in the account number column.
