Text
1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Purport of claim and appeal
The judgment of the first instance shall be revoked. The defendant's revocation of the certification of a social enterprise against the plaintiff on August 23, 2016 shall be revoked.

1. Quotation of judgment of the first instance;
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, with the exception of adding "(s) Nos. 13 through 17(s) additionally submitted by the plaintiff at the appellate court," and "no more than 6(s) at the bottom of 5(s)" to "No more than 2.5(s) of the judgment of the court of first instance, 5(s), and 5(s) at the bottom of 4(s)."
2. Conclusion
Since the judgment of the first instance is justifiable, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is groundless.
