Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on December 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) abused the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties on the handling of the reported case by assaulting the police officer D, a police officer affiliated with the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station C District of the Incheon Bupyeong Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 that the taxi engineer and the passenger would perform trial expenses; and (b) demanding voluntary movement from the police officer D to the said district for the investigation of the assault case.
