A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of a building (2015 highest 1554);

A. On December 14, 2014, at around 04:28, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the laundry through the windows opened in the E laundry operated by the victim D in Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) stolen the cash owned by the victim; (c) 10,000 won in cash, the market price of which is unknown; and (d) 1,000 square meters in mountain, the market price of which is unknown.

B. On April 3, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant, at around 02:00 at the time of residing in North Korea, removed the window screen of the toilets of the cosmetic room from hand and intruded into the gate and used as a knife in the knife with a knife and a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife with a knife of KRW 500,000 (c) and a knife card ( card number : I).

2. Special larceny;

A. On May 3, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant opened a kitchen window that was operated by the victim R in Q in the net city of Q in his/her hand, and opened and opened a kitchen window that was not opened after the said restaurant, in his/her hand, destroyed and damaged the kitchen window.
