Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From May 2013 to Incheon City, the Defendant was an employee from E operated by the victim D of multi-household houses underground 2 in Seo-gu, Incheon, as well as the victim F, who was the son of the above D, in the above underground 2 accommodation, and was locked on July 15, 2016.
1. Intrusion upon residence, theft;
A. On August 8, 2016, around 07:00 on August 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a boiler room in which money and valuables were stolen in a lodging room 2 above multi-household 2; (b) opened as a hand; (c) intruded the victim F’s residence; and (d) invaded the victim F’s house; and (d) took three preliminary steps in the sum of market prices owned by the victim D, which amounted to KRW 1,320,000.
B. On September 5, 2016, around 09:00, the Defendant opened an entrance by using the entrance door, which was in possession of lurging money and valuables, and intrudes upon the victim F’s residence by entering the entrance, and used one computer with a total of 950,000 won in the market price owned by the victim D and one monitor.
2. At around 11:00 on September 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen, with one national credit card that the victim I opened on the street box by the victim I, from the front side of H located in Seo-gu Incheon City, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) one cellular phone at the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, with one driver’s license.
3. At night, around 02:30 on September 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a boiler room, which was not opened at the same place as the above paragraph 1; and (b) intruded into the boiler, and stolen, with one copy of the Agricultural Credit Card No. 1; (c) one resident registration certificate; (d) one copy of a resident registration certificate; and (e) one copy of a driver’s license; and (e) one cellular phone of KRW 867,000, the market price of the victim, owned by the victim, consisting of KRW 10,00,000.
4. Fraud;
A. On September 11, 2016, the Defendant purchased tobacco from Ma, an employee, at a convenience store operated by the victim K in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Incheon, at around 03:33.
