A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2018 Highest 1488" committed an intrusion on a commercial restaurant without any people at night to steal cash in order to raise living expenses without a certain occupation.
1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On March 18, 2018, at around 03:07, the Defendant: (a) opened a “D” restaurant of the victim C, which was located in Kimhae-si B; and (b) intruded into a non-Correctioned female toilet window, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 2.60,000,000, which was the victim’s possession.
B. On March 24, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed an unrecepted main window at the G cafeteria of the Victim F; and (b) stolen the cash, which was owned by the victim, and was in the cash custody of the Kabter at the same time.
C. On March 24, 2018, at around 05:20, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed an unrecepted main window at the J restaurant of the victim I; and (b) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 12,000,000, which was owned by the victim, and was in the cash custody of the knife.
On March 24, 2018, at around 05:50, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed a toilet window that was not corrected at the victim L, and then stolen the cash amounting to KRW 2,000,000, which was the victim’s possession.
E. On March 25, 2018, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the victim’s P cafeteria, which was not corrected at the victim’s P cafeteria; and (b) stolen the cash worth of KRW 80,00,000, which was owned by the victim.
2. Night buildings, thief;
A.
