A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 151"

1. On February 4, 2015, at around 22:08, the Defendant: (a) opened a following window at the “E senior citizens group” managed by the victim D in the North Korean Racing-si; (b) opened the door to the room; and (c) invaded by the entrance and exit of the room; and (d) used a 1kg rice 2 wing paper and kitchen in the total market price of KRW 16,600,000, the market price of the above victim’s 180,000, which was placed in the kitchen and the kitchen, was cut off.

2. On February 5, 2015, around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the time of the elderly in the front port; (b) opened a kitchen; and (c) went into the kitchen, and intrudes into the kitchen; and (d) cited and stolen a set of 10,000 won of the market price managed by the victim, and a set of 10,000 won of the market price.

"2015 Highest 182"

1. On December 31, 2014, at around 01:24, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant through the toilet window operated by the victim G in F on the racing-si; (b) went into the restaurant; and (c) took a 150,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s ownership on the settlement unit, and a 50,000 won gift certificate, with one undeveloped safe in the market value, including 50,000 won and 50,000 won gift certificate

2. On February 2, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the hospital through a window operated by the Victim J at Sinsi-si; and (b) took a 185,000 won of cash owned by the receiving party under the supervision of the receiving party; and (c) stolen, with one depository of a small credit cooperative of 75,000 won at the market price of 185,000 won, and one depository of a depository equivalent to 10,000 won at the market price.

3. On February 22, 2015, around 20:00, the Defendant stolen Samsungphones with one set of KRW 700,000 in the victim’s market price, which is the victim’s possession, at the rest room of Maba 3rd floor L on the 20:0 on the 2015.

4. On February 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant intruded into the restaurant through the window that was not corrected, and then intruded into the restaurant on the calculation unit of the place.
