A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant married the victim B (n, 37) and B around March 2019 and divorced around March 2019. The victim C (ma, 15 years old), D (n, 13 years old) and B are children of the Defendant and B.

1. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse);

A.
