Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a creditor of monetary loans that lent KRW 7 million to the victim B around November 2011.
1. No creditor providing money in violation of the Act on the Fair Collection of Claims through Transmission of text messages shall do any act which seriously undermines privacy or peace in business by inducing fear or apprehensions by repeatedly or at night, such as speaking, writing, sound, image, or goods, without any justifiable grounds;
